I'm either really lazy or really stressed out. Sometimes, it's hard to tell the difference.
Nine Inch Nails will have a new album out really soon, but you can hear the entire thing NOW if you want. They're streaming it free from their site. Why? Cuz they's crazy! And this isn't like the time a certain cartoon channel showed you a certain upcoming movie by displaying it in a tiny box on the corner of a screen. It's the whole album, for reals.
I know not all of you are NIN fans, but I certainly am. The new album, Year Zero, is quite incredible - both catchy and beautiful at the same time. Certainly better than With Teeth. But that's not saying much. After just one listen, I'd actually list it as maybe one of his best pieces of work. Him being Trent Reznor, AKA NIN.
But god damn is “Capitol G” the silliest song ever.

Monica is the lead singer in a local bluegrass/doom metal band called "Roses & Roaches", and are actually only a week away from being signed to a major record label (though none of them knows it yet).
She spent her last two years of high school in a country and/or western cover band, but after the death of her fellow singer and boyfriend of three years, she spent a year traveling abroad, finding herself in the vast scenery of America's desert (with a little help from cocaine). She returned to her home town to find that all her old band mates had died in a freak hot tub accident.
She then traveled north and met a heavy metal guitarist named Mark. Very impressed by Monica's voice and harmonica talents, he insisted that she join his newly-formed band, then called "Cellular Death". After a small line-up change (i.e. the firing of everyone else), a new band was formed to combine genres of traditional bluegrass and doom/gothic metal, and thus Roses & Roaches was born.

A rapist, cocaine-user, and grind-core enthusiast, Parry will leave behind two illegitimate bastard children, one of which will go on to be Vice President, the other destined to die at sea.
To his credit, though, he holds the high score in the Pac Man machine at the theatre's arcade.
